How website requests are handled.

Information submitted

The request path may collect your name, phone or email, issue description, general time preference, page source, consent time, and technical anti-abuse data. Do not submit payment-card data, government identifiers, health information, passwords, or bank details.

Purpose and providers

The information is used to send an office follow-up request, prevent abuse, operate delivery, and troubleshoot the service. Authorized hosting, database, email-delivery, security, and support providers may process it for those purposes.

No booking

A submitted time is a preference only. Earned Keep Isolation Test B must contact you to confirm service and availability.

Retention and requests

Website lead records are scheduled for the client-approved retention period. Contact leads@earnedkeep.com for privacy questions or correction/deletion requests, subject to applicable recordkeeping obligations.
